Congratulations on winning the Presidential election! How do you feel right now?

I am very proud to have this opportunity with my team to support the entire Worldchefs society. We will do our utmost best to serve them to excellence.
 
What is the first task you will embark on as President? 

We will work on a very clear, straightforward and informative communication with the board, and we will keep all the members up to date. Members will also have the opportunity to be involved and participate on their end.

GLOBAL CHEFS CHALLENGE RESULTS



After 4 days of intense competition, the results of the Global Chefs Challenge were finally revealed at the gala dinner.  Congratulations to all participants – you know you are all winners!

Hans Bueschkens Young Chefs Challenge

Winner – Robert Sandberg, Sweden

1st runner up – Tommy Jespersen, Denmark

2nd runner up – Tak Sock Hui Payuda, Singapore.

Global Chefs Challenge

Winner - Eero Vottonen, Finland

1st runner up – Fredrik Andersson, Sweden

2nd place Lee Boon Seng, Singapore.

Global Pastry Chefs Challenge:
Winner - Narae Kim, South Korea

1st runner up –  Frida Bäcke, Sweden

2nd runner up –  Lee Yam Hock, Singapore.

CONGRESS 2020

Chef association representatives from France, Russia and Australia went onstage and presented on why Lyon, St Petersburg and Sydney will be the ideal location for the Congress 2020 (from immersing yourself in the regional flavours of France, the sunshine state of Australia and the beauty of St Petersburg…). The votes were finally cast, with St Petersburg winning the most number of votes. See you then!
